Wilkerson D. Pericon presents “Mission Beyond Vision” during the Space Education for All Working Group session at APRSAF-32 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Wilkerson D. Pericon, a third-year BS Civil Engineering student and member of the Centralian Space Community (CSC), delivered a presentation at the 32nd Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF-32) held from October 27 to 30, 2026, at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

On October 28, Pericon took the stage under the Space Education for All Working Group (SE4AWG) to present “Mission Beyond Vision: Empowering Visually Impaired Youth Through Experiential Space Mission.”

The initiative aims to make space science education tactile and accessible to visually impaired learners, developed through the collaborative efforts of CSC team members Joseph Brian Azarraga and Naomi Aoife Aceña, under the guidance of organization adviser Engr. Kleio Alfric Tobias.

Beyond his presentation, Pericon actively participated in sessions under the Space Talent Co-creation Working Group and attended the Thailand Space Expo.

APRSAF stands as the largest space-related conference and networking platform in the Asia-Pacific region, created to promote peaceful uses of space technology, foster international cooperation, and support socio-economic development.

CSC confirmed that the insights gained from APRSAF-32 will further drive their ongoing advocacy to bring inclusive, community-focused space education initiatives to the campus and beyond.
