Knowledge that the God who made the universe is the God of this university that is why this God is being taught to the students by offering “Religion and Ethics” as a required subject.

 

Knowledge that Central Philippine University was born because of the faith and determination of the American missionaries from the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society (ABFMS), Board of International Ministry (BIM).  A school for boys was opened with the belief that education can free them from the shackles of social and religious prejudice, ignorance and superstition.
