Hannah Joy A. Borja and Mark Hendrix G. Lapac advance as TOSP-Region VI finalists.
Hannah Joy A. Borja, from the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) and Mark Hendrix G. Lapac from College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) were selected as two of the 17 Regional Finalists of the 59th Search for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) – Region VI, according to the results posted by The Outstanding Students of the Philippines-Visayan Individuals Called Together for Region Six (TOSP – VICTORS) on September 23, 2026.
The nomination period ran from May 25, 2026 to July 31, 2026. The finalists were then evaluated based on multiple criteria, including academic excellence, leadership, social responsibility, and moral values to qualify for the award.
As part of their journey, regional finalists will participate in a Regional Formation Program and Judging, where they will strengthen their commitment to nation-building. Regional awardees will then be selected to represent the region in the national search.
The Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) is an annual award program that recognizes and honors the well- rounded excellence of college students across the country.
This achievement certifies that Centralians strive for excellence not only in academics but also embody brilliance in leadership, social responsibility, and moral values, carrying the Central Spirit beyond the institution.
