Engineering outreach is more than just activities — it’s a bridge between classrooms and communities. By sparking curiosity in young learners, ENGIQUEST shows how innovation and service can go hand in hand.

Last June 19, 2026, the College of Engineering Student Council of Central Philippine University proudly launched its outreach initiative, ENGIQUEST: Bridging Curiosity and Engineering, at Badang Elementary School. The program aimed to introduce young learners to the fascinating world of engineering through hands-on activities, teamwork, and creativity.

The initiative gathered over 50 elementary pupils, immersing them in three interactive booth activities designed to spark curiosity and introduce the wonders of Science and Engineering. Each booth showcased practical demonstrations, simple experiments, and engaging games that allowed the children to learn through play and discovery.

As the day concluded, the outreach left a lasting impression on both the pupils and the volunteers. It reminded everyone that education and service go hand in hand, and that even the smallest spark of curiosity can ignite a lifelong passion for discovery.
