Congratulations to our eight Centralian Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination passers! To God be the highest glory!
Eight Central Philippine University (CPU) graduates passed the August 2026 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Mechanical Engineering, according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on August 13, 2026.
The successful CPU examinees are Engr. Vinz Abe Fernandez, Engr. Steve Marvin Genovata, Engr. Philip Miguel Nelo, Engr. Franz Yuri Robles, Engr. John Clement Solin, Engr. Juan Miguel Xavier, Engr. Armel Benedict Villanis, and Engr. Dystine Vince Yucor.
The PRC reported that 1,362 out of 3,686 examinees passed the licensure examination conducted in various testing centers nationwide in August 2026.
CPU recorded an 85.71 percent passing rate among first-time takers and a 72.73 percent overall passing rate, surpassing the national overall passing rate of 36.95 percent.
The results underscore the performance of CPU’s Mechanical Engineering graduates in the national licensure examination.
