The FCU delegation and CPU administrators, led by University President Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, take a photo opportunity at the President’s Office during the institutional benchmarking visit.

Central Philippine University (CPU) welcomed a delegation from Filamer Christian University, Inc. (FCU) for an institutional benchmarking visit on September 16, 2026.

The FCU benchmarking team was welcomed at the CPU President’s Office by University President Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, together with Dr. Florence P. Bogacia, Vice President for Finance and Enterprises; Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate, Vice President for Student Affairs; Dr. Aries Roda D. Romallosa, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension; and Engr. Dany C. Molina, Vice President for Administration.

The FCU team was composed of 11 members and was headed by Vice President for Finance Mrs. Esther S. Arceño, CPA, who is also a CPU alumna.

The benchmarking visit covered several CPU offices and units, including the University Enterprise, Business Office, Accounting Office, Property Custodian’s Office, Office of Communications, CPU TV, Educational Media Center, Information Center, University Research Center, CPU Research Ethics Review Board, and the Vice President for Finance and Enterprises Office.


The FCU Mass Media team visits CPU TV under the Office of Communications to observe its equipment and production practices.

The visiting team engaged with the respective CPU offices to learn about institutional practices, processes, and operations in finance and enterprise management, accounting, property administration, mass media, research, and other administrative functions.

The exchange provided both institutions with an opportunity to share experiences and discuss practices that support their respective institutional operations and services.

The FCU team expressed its gratitude to CPU for the warm welcome and gracious accommodation, as well as for the insightful exchange of ideas and sharing of best practices during the benchmarking visit.
