On April 29, 2026 Central Philippine University (CPU), through its Review, Continuing Education, and Consultancy Center (RCECC), formally sealed a partnership with UNO Review and Tutorial Center through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the Office of the President, reinforcing its commitment to enhance structured review programs for students and graduates.
The agreement was signed by University President Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy and UNO Review Director Gomer G. Marquez, with the active involvement of RCECC under the leadership of its Director, Dr. Lenny Rose P. Mucho.
The MOA signing between CPU-RCECC and UNO Review and Tutorial Center marks a strengthened collaboration in providing comprehensive review programs for examinees.
The partnership aims to provide comprehensive and structured review programs for individuals preparing for major examinations, including the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT), Medical Technologist Licensure Examination (MTLE), College Admission Test (CAT), and High School Admission Test (HAT).
Under the terms of the agreement, UNO Review and Tutorial Center will spearhead the conduct of review sessions by providing qualified lecturers, review materials, and necessary facilities. Meanwhile, CPU, through RCECC, will manage enrollment, fee collection, coordination, and the promotion of the programs within and beyond the university.
The review programs will be delivered through flexible learning formats, including face-to-face and online sessions, and will follow structured schedules aligned with national examination timelines. Each program will also include comprehensive lectures and a series of assessment examinations to ensure the preparedness of reviewees.
The collaboration underscores the vital role of RCECC in expanding CPU’s academic support services. Through the leadership of Dr. Mucho, the Center continues to initiate programs that open opportunities for students and graduates to succeed in their respective professional pursuits.
With this initiative, CPU and RCECC reaffirm their commitment to academic excellence by equipping future professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in their chosen fields.
