CWTS students, together with their supervisor and instructor, took a photo opportunity during NSTP Drug Awareness Campaign on April 11, 2026.
Central Philippine University’s National Service Training Program (NSTP) conducted a drug awareness campaign on April 11, 2026, at the walkway between Franklin Hall Men’s Dormitory and the Dr. Alfonso Uy Building.
The campaign aimed to educate students on the harmful effects of illegal drugs and promote prevention, responsible decision-making, and healthy lifestyle choices. Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) students took part in the activity through information dissemination and campus engagement efforts.
NSTP instructors Charissa June G. Deocampo, Novi B. Pascua, Myla C. Cañas, and Hannah Lee S. Canlas facilitated the campaign. Supervisors were assigned specific roles to oversee and monitor the implementation of activities, ensuring an organized and efficient flow of the program.
The initiative also encouraged students to become advocates of drug-free communities by sharing awareness and information with their peers.
The activity is part of CPU NSTP’s ongoing efforts to support national drug prevention campaigns and to promote civic responsibility and informed decision-making among students.
