CPU NSTP–CWTS faculty members for School Year 2026–2027 pose for a photo opportunity during the General Orientation.

The Central Philippine University National Service Training Program (NSTP) conducted its General Orientation for first-year students for School Year 2026–2027 on June 27, 2026, at the Rose Memorial Auditorium.

The program opened with a community song led by Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) faculty members, followed by an opening prayer led by Ms. Pamela S. Lactupo. Mrs. Mariana T. Erdao and Mrs. Melanie G. Hermano then delivered a short devotional, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

Assoc. Prof. Annalie D. Gilongos, NSTP Coordinator, delivered the opening remarks and introduced the NSTP coordinators and the ROTC Commandant. Mrs. Ma. Leen C. Gahum, NSTP–CWTS Coordinator, introduced the CWTS faculty members, while 2LT Artemio I. Romingquit, ROTC Coordinator, introduced the ROTC training staff.

Mrs. Emcy J. Sanchez discussed the NSTP Law, followed by a video presentation on the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) and Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS). The program also included announcements, the singing of the CPU Alma Mater Song, and a closing prayer led by Ms. Anya Mae Malumog.
