The Central Philippine University Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants (CPU-JPAMA), in collaboration with the Institute of Management Accountants-CPU Chapter (IMA-CPU), successfully conducted the CMA Career Talk 2026 on March 26, 2026, at the Conference Room, Educational Media Center (EMC).
With the theme “Silak: Tanglaw Para sa Mithiin ng Bukas,” the event aimed to provide Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting students with valuable insights into the journey toward becoming a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
The program featured distinguished speakers and alumni who shared their experiences, offering practical guidance on the opportunities and challenges associated with pursuing the CMA designation. Discussions centered on career pathways, preparation strategies, and the professional advantages of earning the certification.
Organizers highlighted that the activity was designed to equip students with knowledge and motivation as they consider advancing in the field of management accounting.
The CMA Career Talk 2026 forms part of the organizations’ continuing efforts to support academic and professional development among Centralians, particularly those aspiring to build careers in management accounting.
