Congratulations to the Central Philippine University – College of Business and Accountancy (CPU-CBA) team for proudly securing First Place in the Technology Category at the 4th PCDEB National Business Plan Competition 2026 with their innovative entry, “Hue For You.”
Central Philippine University (CPU) proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its student team, which was awarded First Place in the Technology Category during the 4th PCDEB National Business Plan Competition 2026 held on April 18, 2026.
The winning entry, titled “Hue For You,” showcased an innovative and technology-driven business concept that impressed the panel of judges.
The prestigious competition, convened by PCDEB Vice President for Visayas Dr. Carina E. Raylos, gathered top student innovators nationwide, with CPU represented by the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA).
The winning team is composed of Aesha C. Cadion, Ellysa D. Clavaton, Nelle Ivory T. Galea, Monica T. Gregorio, Ellaine Jean E. Padilla, and Faith Alessandra T. Sangco, who demonstrated outstanding innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking aligned with the theme “Business Education 5.0: Innovating Learning for Resilient and Sustainable Young Entrepreneurs.”
Their success was guided by coach Dr. Marivic C. Santos, with strong support from Dr. Lorna T. Grande, Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy, and Dr. Carmen N. Hernandez, Chairman of the Department of Business Administration.
This achievement underscores CPU’s commitment to nurturing future-ready entrepreneurs and innovators who contribute to sustainable development and economic growth.
