The Centralian Developer Group’s Pitching Team successfully secured the championship trophy at the CPUR ICreate SDG: Organizations and Fraternities Project Pitching 2026, held on April 20, 2026. The presentation was led by President Andre Borres, Vice President for External Affairs Jenny Grecia, and Assistant Secretary Claire Anne Cortuna, whose collective efforts showcased the organization’s commitment to social innovation and technical excellence.

Their winning project, “A Centralized Lost and Found Portal for Central Philippine University,” stands as a powerful example of student-driven development. Designed to streamline campus lost-and-found processes, the platform aims to reduce student burden while fostering a culture of honesty and accountability. Aligned with SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, the initiative transforms a common campus concern into a smart, scalable digital solution that embodies a “By Students, For Students” approach.

The CPUR ICreate SDG Program serves as a premier platform for accredited campus organizations to translate vision into tangible social impact. This initiative is a dedicated space for organizations and fraternities to showcase innovative projects that directly contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It operates on the belief that the heart of sustainable change lies in the collective action of the student community, empowering leaders to shape a better tomorrow through technical skill and creative problem-solving.

Recognizing that financial constraints often hinder progress, the program provides a vital lifeline for groups with limited funding. By offering financial aid and institutional recognition, ICreate SDG ensures that high-potential projects move from concept to implementation. This achievement underscores the indispensable role of the youth in nation-building, fostering a culture of sustainable development and citizenship within Central Philippine University and the wider community.

Through this victory, the Centralian Developer Group continues to prove that with the right platform, student-led innovation can create a lasting, real-world impact.
