Christian Paul ‘Chad’ A. Lopez, San Dionisio, Iloilo Municipal Councilor and CPUR Board Member.

The owner of Carlito’s Café, Christian Paul ‘Chad’ Lopez, is a student of Central Philippine University College of Law and a CPUR Official, a Board Member. He also earned his B.S. in Business Management, Major in B.S. Management degree from CPU.

Following his father’s footsteps, Chad is an incumbent Municipal Councilor of the Municipality of San Dionisio, Iloilo. At 21, he is known to be the youngest municipal councilor in the whole province.

He feels that CPU is his second home since High School. He said, “I feel happy studying in CPU, and because learning the true faith and Christian values have added more to my comfort and security. It is also in CPU where I learned the values in serving people, and relating to them.”

“I joined CPUR knowing that being elected by the CPU student electorate, I have a responsibility and commitment to work for the betterment of the students and the University”, Lopez said.
Still a young and people-oriented entrepreneur, Chad warmly welcomes their customers and provides them a relaxing time and satisfaction.

Despite the pandemic, he is able to sustain Carlito’s Café on Javellana St., Jaro. “With our best choices of coffee in town” he said. Chad’s passion lies in doing what he loves. Apart from business, he loves photography and paintings as well.

He has two brothers and a sister. His parents, former San Dionisio Mayor Peter Paul and Sally Lopez operate other businesses in Iloilo.
