Vince currently takes charge of the Archives and Special Collections and the Institutional Repository of the Henry Luce III Library.

CPU Henry Luce III Library (HLL) librarian Vince Ervin Villarete Palcullo is one of the recipients of Chulalongkorn University’s Graduate Scholarship Programme for ASEAN or Non-ASEAN Countries.

Chulalongkorn University, a public research academic institution in Thailand has consistently topped the QS World Rankings in the country for 8 years. Its Graduate Scholarship Programme for ASEAN or Non-ASEAN countries was established to provide financial assistance to international students who wish to pursue their graduate studies in the university.

Palcullo is the only Filipino recipient of the scholarship who was accepted in the Master of Arts Program in Information Studies of the Department of Library Science, Faculty of Arts.

He finished his degree in Library and Information Science, cum laude from Central Philippine University in 2016. He previously worked for the Iloilo Museum of Contemporary Art (ILOMOCA) as well as the South East Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC).

He currently takes charge of the Archives and Special Collections and the Institutional Repository of the Henry Luce III Library. He has also published several papers with colleagues in the academe.
