Central Philippine University, represented by University President Dr. Teodoro C. Robles and GMA Network, Incorporated, represented by GMA Network TV 6-Iloilo Station Manger Jonathan V. Cabillon, signed a Contract Agreement on Friday, November 22, 2019.

The contract requires GMA Network TV 6-Iloilo to cover the Grand Alumni Homecoming event and render television broadcasting services scheduled during the Grand Alumni Homecoming on February 5 to 9, 2020.  GMA Network TV 6-Iloilo will also provide other services for CPU and will include a Variety Show (Kapuso Fiesta) with Stars Gabby Concepcion, Rayver Cruz, and Kyline Alcantara on February 6, 2020.

On the next day, February 7, Kapuso Star Christian Bautista will meet and greet Centralians during the Gala Night at the Grand Xing Hotel in Iloilo City. He will be one of the featured singers that will serenade the Grand Alumni Queen Candidates. Central Philippine University will be featured on GMA Network TV 6-Iloilo programs particularly on GMA’s One Western Visayas news and public affairs program, and on Radio-TV Weekend News.

GMA Network TV 6-Iloilo is the official media partner of Central Philippine University Grand Alumni Homecoming nest year. Station Manager, Jonathan “John C” Cabillon is a CPU alumnus.
