We invite all Centralian nurses to the Grand Centennial Reunion of the CPU College of Nursing, Capiz Emmanuel Hospital, Iloilo Mission Hospital Nurses’ Alumni Association (CCINAA) on February 3-7, 2025, with the theme “Pagtililipon 2025: Nurturing Nursing Brilliance, Fostering Alumni Loyalty and Support.”

Dr. Anita Illenberger, President of the Central Philippine University Alumni Association, Inc. (CPUAAI) extends her heartfelt invitation for the upcoming Grand Centennial Reunion of the CPU College of Nursing, Capiz Emmanuel Hospital, Iloilo Mission Hospital Nurses’ Alumni Association (CCINAA).

Anchored on its theme, “Pagtililipon 2025: Nurturing Nursing Brilliance, Fostering Alumni Loyalty and Support,” the celebration is set to take place on February 3-7,2025.

“Let us be proud and happy to make others know that Central Philippine University College of Nursing (CPU ON) known before as the Union Mission Hospital Training School for Nursing and founded in 1906, is the first and oldest nursing school and college in the Philippines. For more than 100 years and still counting, CPUCON has been continuously producing top-notch nurses whose professionalism, work ethics and values have created a tremendous impact and contribution to the nursing care in all parts of the globe,” Dr. Illenberger wrote on her Facebook post.

She also mentioned that the event would serve as a platform for fostering greater collaboration among alumni, faculty, and students, ensuring the continued growth and success of the College of Nursing at Central Philippine University.

“Meant to be a Centennial Celebration for a cause, the CCINAA hopes to strengthen both the research and the outreach program of the College of Nursing. The alumni will hold an International Conference on Translational Research and conduct a medical mission with their barangay partner in Zarraga,” she added.

The following are the Centennial Reunion Reminders shared by Prof. Alvin John Gustilo, CPUCN Research and International Relations Coordinator:

  • Deadline of Early bird registration ($250) – July 31, 2024
  • Deadline of Regular Registration ($300) – December 31, 2024
  • Late Registration ($350) will be accepted from January 1,2025- January 31,2025
  • Deadline for payment and submission of ads for souvenir program is October 31,2024.

You may channel your registration by batch / class to your coordinators or focal person or chapter presidents as the case maybe. Otherwise, you may fill up the forms, transfer your payment to authorized CPU bank account and please email the form with proof of payment to ccinaa@cpu.edu.ph
