At the much-awaited Centralian Idol competition, which took place on April 19, 2024, the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) at Centralian University won over hearts and pleased judges with a display of skill and tenacity. The CBA contingent gained the prestigious title of Third Runner-Up with their outstanding performance, establishing their status as a formidable force in both academia and the arts.

Centralian Idol, a highlight of the university’s annual festivities, drew participants from various colleges and disciplines, all vying for the coveted title and the opportunity to showcase their musical prowess on a grand stage. From soulful ballads to electrifying performances, the competition was fierce, with each contestant bringing their unique flair and style to the spotlight.

The CBA students demonstrated not just their academic excellence but also their artistic talent and performance zeal through their success in Centralian Idol. Their success is evidence of the diverse experiences offered by college, where students are pushed to pursue their interests and succeed in extracurricular activities in addition to their chosen fields of study.

The students of the College of Business and Accountancy are incredibly grateful for the chance to represent their college and university on such a prominent stage as they take stock of their journey and celebrate their accomplishment. They look ahead to the future with pride in their hearts and heads held high, knowing that their skill and willpower will continue to shine brightly in all they do.
