1. Applicants for the first year level in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program shall first take the CPU College Aptitude Test (CPUCAT) not later than March 1, 2024.

2. Applicants shall submit their CPUCAT results and letters of intention to apply addressed to the Dean (Prof. Melba C. Sale) through this link: https://forms.gle/YStPK4g2wQnuAYq26 .

The deadline will be on March 15, 2025.

3. Applicants who have completed Steps 1 and 2 will be scheduled for the Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) and will be informed of the other requirements through their email.
