The CPU Outreach Students’ Volunteers Society (CPU OSVS), in partnership with the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA), Central Philippine University (CPU), CPU Community Engagement and Service Learning Center (CPU CESL), and the CPU TV Channel, poses for a photo during the Online TV Episode broadcast live via CPU TV Channel last April 25, 2026.

Last April 25, 2026, the Central Philippine University Outreach Students’ Volunteers Society (CPU OSVS), in partnership with the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA), CPU Community Engagement and Service – Learning Center (CPU CESL), and the CPU TV Channel, hosts an Online TV Episode promoting safety and hazard prevention.

The Online TV Episode promotes practical safety tips that are important during vacations and travels. These safety tips such as vacation hazards, road safety signs and drowning prevention tips are essential information that will help the people to navigate unfamiliar environments with safety and preparedness, ensuring that potential dangers are prevented.

Macapinlac, Chief, Public Safety Division, PNP Directorate for Operations; LIEUT. Dawn D. Baterbonia, PCO, Officer-in-Charge, Public Information Office / PCG – Southern Tagalog; Broderick G. Train, President Association of Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officers of Western Visayas; Lorwin Jade T. Clerino, ENP, Planning Officer III Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands; Prim C. Vergara III, Occupational Safety and Health Officer, Central Philippine University – Iloilo, led the tv episode sharing their expertise through discussions of safety protocols, helping the online viewers gain valuable insights on how to apply these practical safety tips in real life situations. Adeo Guillever Gutierrez, CPU OSVS President and Professor Jarryln Law, CPU OSVS Guest, led the online tv episode as hosts and moderators, they facilitated by reading the viewers comments and questions, ensuring that the resource speakers can address in depth knowledge to their concerns.
