Students and representatives gather for a photo opportunity during the University Caravan of Analog Devices, Inc., marking a meaningful collaboration in advancing engineering education and career readiness.

Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) conducted a University Caravan on February 26–27, 2026, at the College of Engineering, Central Philippine University (CPU). The activity aimed to provide students with valuable learning opportunities, career awareness, and exposure to real-world engineering applications, particularly in the field of semiconductor technology.

The session featured a company overview and career talks led by Mr. Erwin Asplico, Engr. Kate Aberion, and Engr. Angela Clarisse Chua, representatives from ADI. They introduced the company’s mission, innovations, and contributions to the global semiconductor industry.

Students from the Electronics, Electrical, and Software Engineering programs actively participated in the interactive discussions and gained valuable insights into industry practices, technological advancements, and potential career paths. The session was both engaging and informative, helping students better understand the expectations and opportunities within the engineering profession.

Additionally, qualified students were interviewed to demonstrate their technical knowledge, communication skills, and enthusiasm for becoming part of ADI. This also allowed them to experience a formal recruitment process, preparing them for future employment opportunities in the semiconductor industry.

Overall, the ADI University Caravan was a great success. The event enhanced students’ academic learning, encouraged professional development, and strengthened the partnership between CPU and ADI. It also contributed to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 (Quality Education), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
