On October 25, the start of the grant distribution of the CHED Tulong Dunong Program under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (CHED TDP-TES) was spearheaded by the SDP and partner teams from the Registrar and Business Office representatives through giving the said grants to the 615 recipients held at the Alumni Promenade Concert Park. The Opening Program started with the prayer led by Pastor Alfred Morales. The outgoing CPU President, Dr. Teodoro Robles gave his welcome and opening remarks. He thanked all the recipients for choosing to study at CPU and mentioned that he and his siblings studied in CPU, too. On October 26, was the last day of the said grant distribution.

On November 15, Student Development and Programs (SDP) facilitated the historic Memorandum of Agreement signing of the CPU Outright Scholarship for students with disability or those belonging to indigenous peoples, with Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, CPU President who represented CPU and its first recipient, Mary Catherine B. De la Torre, a student who is hard of hearing with speech disability. De la Torre is currently enrolled as MAEd Guidance and Counseling. She was accompanied by her mother, Mrs. Victoria Billones-De la Torre. Together with Pastor Alfred Morales, present in the MOA signing were Dr. Althea Denuevo, assistant dean, School of Graduate Studies and Dr. Merle Junsay, dean, College of Education. This is just a beginning.

9 student delegates of CPU attended the Climate Youth Congress.

On November 17, Student Development and Programs (SDP) Office with the support of the CPU Republic through the CPUR Prime Minister Emman Rey Saquibal, facilitated the sending of student officials of the accredited student organizations to Climate Youth Congress held at the Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo. The Junior Chamber of Finance, Young Entrepreneurs Society, Medical Laboratory Science Society, Junior Social Work Association of the Philippines, and cru-CPU which are accredited student organizations in CPU were represented by Jessa Mae Gumban, Hazel Louise Giyangan, Sheliane Ganibe, Louweiss Louella Lorezo, Ed Vindel Saul Lemery, Kelly Frances Santillan, Klynne Eduard Ducasi, Kirby John Moquete and Tracy Monique Baldevieso. The said congress is sponsored by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Environmental Management Bureau-R6 with the goal of empowering the youth to take proactives steps in addressing climate change and fostering environmental awareness. Other attendees were from these schools: WIT, ISAT U, JBLMFU, STMTC and Proyekto Philippines, WSC, SK Federation of Tigbauan.
