SWOT Survey was conducted via Google Form.
Central Philippine University (CPU) Strategic Planning Technical Support Committee conducts a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Survey once again to encourage greater stakeholder involvement in this year’s strategic planning process of the university.
The committee took advantage of the technology hence conducting an online survey through Google Forms in gathering the opinions of the CPU faculty and staff, students, and relevant parties that contribute to the overall performance of this institution. The said survey evaluates whether there are any gaps in identifying the strengths and prospects for future project planning. It also assesses the improvement as well as the growth of the aforementioned university to better its services.
Jessa Tahan, a 4th year Bachelor of Science in Social Work student in appreciating the act of the committee said that the survey helps monitor the “performance of CPU in general after two (2) years of experiencing the pandemic – to determine if it improved its performance, remained stagnant, had no improvement at all, or with many lapses.”
The primary goal of a SWOT survey or analysis is to help an organization in developing a complete understanding of all the aspects involved in making a choice that will benefit not just the organization itself but also its stakeholders.
The committee assures that individual responses to the survey will be kept completely private as well as confidential, and the results will be published in summary form.
