Central Philippine University hosted the first online competition of the 23rd Philippine Mathematical Olympiad (PMO), Regional Qualifying Stage on February 20, 2021.
Ferdinand T. Manoso, CPU Senior High School faculty is the Regional Coordinator for Online Program (Region 6), Philippine Mathematical Olympiad.
The event was participated by CPU Senior High School students with assigned School Coordinator and Coach Mrs. Erna Mae Salazar Tabujara (SHS Faculty Member); and Junior High School Coach Mary Grace Barcelona with CPU Junior High School students. The SHS participants were:

PMO is a joint program of the Department of Science and Technology and the Mathematical Society of the Philippines. CPU has been hosting the Philippine Math Olympiad since 2016.
