Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines in cooperation with the Department of Education awarded CPU ES Alumnus Benjamin Israel O. Fuentespina the Youth Leadership Excellence Award – “Ang Batang Lider Award” on Friday, November 13, 2020 in a symbolic awarding ceremony at the CPU Elementary School.

Fuentespina graduated from CPU Elementary School last March 2020. He was a consistent honor student from 2017 to 2020. He was the Editor for Elementary and Kindergarten Department of Centralite 2020, an Associate Editor of the Mini Echo (2019-2020) and the President of the Science Club (2019-2020). He was also a finalist in the Search for the Outstanding Students Circle of Iloilo (OSCI).

He is the son of Oliver Fuentespina and Maria Rhena Victoria Fuentespina from Arguelles St., Jaro, Iloilo City. His mother and two siblings, Ida Ann Cacharel Fuentespina and Francis Immanuel O. Fuentespina, are Centralians as well.
