Central Philippine University and the CPU Rank and File Labor Union – Federation of Free Workers (RAFLU-FFW) formally signed the Collective Bargaining Agreement on April 10, 2025, at the BOT Conference Room, Rex D. Drilon Hall.
The signing of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Central Philippine University and the CPU Rank and File Labor Union – Federation of Free Workers (RAFLU-FFW) took place on April 10, 2025, at the BOT Conference Room, Rex D. Drilon Hall.
The panel members from Central Philippine University, Inc. present during the signing were Engr. Dany C. Molina, Chairperson; Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate, Vice Chairperson; Rev. Dr. Francis Neil G. Jalando-on, Member; Ms. Delia C. Ciriaco, Member; Atty. Aila Rae B. Endonila, Legal Counsel; and Atty. Ina Noelene M. Bernales, Secretary.
On the other hand, representing the Rank and File Labor Union – Federation of Free Workers (RAFLU-FFW) at the signing were Ma. Victoria C. Bellosillo, President; Stephen A. Yuson, Vice President; Ligaya V. Caniel, Secretary; Rona S. Sapio, Member; Elwin B. Garcia, Member; Roderick G. Pauya, Member; Alessiah S. Pagayon, Member; and Ronnie M. Nismal, FFW VP for Legal and Regional Affairs.
The signing was witnessed by Atty. Francis A. Gonzalo, Jr., Regional Branch Director of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board.
The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is effective for a term of two years, with a midterm renegotiation of its economic provisions. Further updates and detailed information will be promptly communicated through official channels.
