This proposed training program aims to enhance the competence of faculty members in HEIs in Panay Island to design and develop curriculum for flexible learning, deliver flexible learning, assess students’ performance, and integrate available technology for effective flexible learning delivery. There are eight academic disciplines identified for the training program based on the expertise (Center of Excellence and Development) of the proponent. These eight academic areas include: Engineering Physics, Nursing Anatomy, Purposive Communication, Information Technology, Environmental Sciences, Research, Inclusive Education and Statistics.
