The newly renovated University Dining Hall offers a better eating experience for Centralians.
The University Dining Hall now serves not only as a food and meal hub, but also as a training laboratory for students after a makeover was done, inside and outside, of the Dining Hall.
The Manager, Miss Eve Roces Ybarzabal, in a table discussion after the dedication, said that “our newly renovated Dining Hall will serve as a training laboratory for the College of Hospitality Management.” The La Azotea Restaurant at the CHM Building, formerly, Alumni Hall, will now be turned into a training center for fine dining, according to Ybarzabal.
