The University Church Youth during one of their musical numbers for this year’s LOVE Concert.

The University Church held a Love Concert entitled “Hope That Keeps us Going” on March 1, 2020.

There were 117 participants composed of CPU students and alumni who are part of the UC Youth, Young Adults, Praise and Worship Team, Praise in Motion and Kidzone.

Love Concert, the repeat.

“Through the years, the love concert aims to provide avenues for the youth to share their talents and gifts,” said Pastor Lovejoy Quimpo- Leysa, UC’s Minister for Youth and Family Ministries. She also said that the main reason for the concert is to invite people to church and draw them closer to Christ, and let them know that there is an unconditional and never-ending love for all of us.

This year’s theme, “Hope that Keeps us Going” is the UC Youth’s response to the current state of this generation, pointing them to Christ, the creator, source of hope.

There will be a repeat Concert for the students on March 11, 2020, at the University Church.
