Inspire, a leadership seminar and workshop on February 7, 2026, at the Education Media Center Conference Room, inspiring student leaders and equipping them with the knowledge to govern their respective organizations.

The program was specifically designed to bridge the gap between student leadership and professional organizational management skills. The curriculum focused on essential governance protocols, such as resolution writing, financial liquidation, and standardized communication flow of documents. The participants were taught the importance of transparency and efficiency in their respective student organizations.

Beyond leadership and administrative training, the seminar workshop emphasized the importance of collaborative leadership. Through a series of insightful discussions and strategic team-building activities, student leaders were challenged to innovate their current management styles and foster a more cohesive organizational environment.

The initiative served as a vital platform for CPUCBA to ensure that its student leaders are not only visionaries but also proficient administrators capable of navigating the complexities of organizational governance. By mastering these competencies, the participants were prepared to navigate the complexities of organizational governance and uphold the standards of the college.
