Embodying Centralian beauty and brilliance, Ms. CPU University Day 2025 Elisha Caramel Vilvar was proclaimed Mutya ng ILOPRISAA 2026 at the Western Institute of Technology RTS Campus on February 14.

With the crown, Vilvar is set to represent Iloilo at the regional pageant on March 25, where she will vie for the title of Mutya ng PRISAA Western Visayas and the opportunity to represent the region on the national stage.

“Being crowned Mutya ng ILOPRISAA means having the chance to give back to the community that raised me. I view this crown as a platform to advocate for my fellow athletes and performers, because I believe that every child deserves opportunity before achievement,” Vilvar expressed in an interview with The Centralian Link, further encouraging communities to “support our athletes and performers to grow, shine and achieve their dreams”.

Moreover, Vilvar shared that she dedicates her triumph to her “family, friends, and prayer warriors,” together with all those who motivated her to keep persevering throughout her journey to the crown.

“I push myself, I keep going, I dream bigger because of them and for them,” Vilvar added.

Furthermore, when asked about what she looks forward to the most in the regional pageant, Vilvar imparted with The Centralian Link that it is “sharing the stage with other beautiful ladies who have worked hard, trained, and fought their way to earn their titles,” underscoring how excited she is to create friendships and memories that would make her regional PRISAA journey even more meaningful.

“I step onto the stage not only for myself, but for what I represent—my fellow student-athletes, my university, and, most of all, Iloilo. That is a rare opportunity I am truly blessed to be part of,” Vilvar further expressed.

On October 8 last year, Vilvar was crowned Ms. CPU University Day during the Search for Mr. and Ms. CPU 2025, where she was also awarded Best in Production Number, Best in Talent, and Best in Evening Gown.
