Central Philippine University College of Arts and Sciences (CPU CAS) successfully conducted its second annual Let’s BOLTS in CASimanwa last August 17, 2024. The intensive one-day leadership training program, held from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the CPU Educational Media Center, aimed to equip student leaders with essential skills and knowledge to effectively serve their respective academic organizations.

Organized by the Province of Arts and Sciences Student Council (PASSC), the event brought together officials from various academic organizations, along with members of the Committee for Creative Productions, Dagway Club, and the Committee for Sports. A series of engaging seminars were conducted to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of leadership, project management, financial literacy, creative production, and first aid.

The morning session focused on enhancing participants’ project management and financial literacy skills. Experts shared valuable insights on goal setting, resource allocation, and effective budgeting strategies. In the afternoon, a hands-on first aid and basic life support training was conducted to prepare student leaders for emergency situations.

Through Let’s BOLTS in CASimanwa, CPU CAS continues to invest in the development of its student leaders, empowering them to become competent and responsible individuals capable of making a positive impact on their community.
