The Junior Philippine Pharmacists Association – Central Philippine University Chapter conducted an outreach activity titled “Pag-ulikid sa Asilo” on March 7, 2026, at Asilo de Molo, Avanceña St., North Fundidor, Molo, Iloilo City.
During the visit, the volunteers spent time interacting with the residents through meaningful conversations and shared moments of fellowship. A song and dance presentation was also prepared by the JPPhA officers to bring joy and entertainment to the elderly residents. In addition, donations such as medicines, hygiene supplies, snacks, and self-relief items were turned over to support the daily needs of the residents.
According to Kyle Derryl T. Dayon, JPPHA Vice President for Internal Affairs, the outreach highlighted the organization’s commitment to community engagement and compassionate service.
“Ang ini nga outreach nagapahanumdom sa amon nga ang pagserbisyo isa gid ka importante nga bahin sang propesyon sang pharmacy,” Dayon said.
Through initiatives such as Pag-ulikid sa Asilo, JPPHA–CPU continues to promote social responsibility among future pharmacists while strengthening its commitment to serving communities.
