Centralian graduates of Bachelor of Science in Social Work passed the February 2022 Social Work Licensure Exam which was released on March 3, 2022. There were twelve examinees and eight of them passed the said exam. The 2022 SWLE was conducted last February 22-24, 2022 at PRC testing centers located at NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. The Board for Social Workers is headed by its Chairman, Lorna C. Gabad and its members, Mary Ofelia L. Endaya, Rosetta G. Palma, Fe J. Sinsona and Ely B. Acosta.
Threa G. Ausmolo, a magna cum laude centralian graduate, said that even though she was delayed because she got COVID-19 and anxiety got the best of her, she still pursued in taking the exam with bravery and motivation. She instilled in her mind that this exam was not a competition and she should be easy with herself.
She also added that the proctors were so nice and they really made her comfortable during the exams.
Alongside with Ms. Threa Ausmolo was Angie J. Tacupay, Niña Jessa P. Hallares, Elno Keith P. Lebitan, Krysa Joy B. Balquin, Glyziel D. Sabido, Susie Faith T. Serisola, and Arlyn P. Lasconia, the centralians who also passed the SWLE.
The Central Philippine University garnered a 66.67 percent passing rate and ranked 15th among other schools. The national passing rate was at 44.1 percent.
