Dr. Maredil R. Ambos, Officer-in-Charge Dean of the College of Education, was among the distinguished speakers at the Masterclass in Law School Management: From Vision to Action, a premier training series designed for College of Law deans across the Philippines. Organized by the Legal Education Board, the event brought together academic leaders from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to exchange insights, share best practices, and strengthen legal education in the country.
The masterclass was held in three strategic venues: Twin Lakes Hotel, Batangas City, on June 16–18, 2025, for the Luzon League; Bethel Guest House, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, on July 7–10, 2025, for the Visayas League; and Acacia Hotel, Davao City, on August 6–9, 2025, for the Mindanao League.
Dr. Ambos delivered an engaging and insightful session on Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development, highlighting transformative strategies to enhance law school governance, foster academic excellence, and align legal education with the demands of an evolving profession. His talk underscored the vital role of visionary leadership and innovative curriculum design in producing competent, ethical, and socially responsible legal practitioners.
Beyond serving as a venue for professional development, the series also became a unifying platform for law school administrators, who shared the common goal of advancing legal education and upholding the highest standards of academic leadership in the Philippines.
