CPU Board of Trustees Member Manuel C. Palada donated books to Henry Luce III Library on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Palada personally turned over the books to Director of Libraries Prof. Cynthia Peleña with her staff.

According to the donor, the books were collections from around the globe where he worked as International Agronomist, Scientist and Horticulturist. As President of EDUPHIL, “I also donated textbooks to Henry Luce III Library,” Palada said.

Palada is one of the authors of the popular Moringa book which was launched previously at the Henry Luce III Library. He has written several other books and literature on Agriculture-including his latest (to be launched) – “A journey in Agriculture”.

He is an International Agriculturist who had served as consultant to more than 60 countries; giving him several international honors and awards.

Palada is also a member of the CPU Corporation and has been an Adjunct Professor of the CPU College of Agriculture.
