Central Philippine University’s steadfast patron and proud nursing alumna, Dr. Anecita Catedrilla Seisa, commits full financial support for the review expenses of all students under the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Class of 2028 during their Capping, Pinning, and Candle Lighting Ceremony on January 27, 2026, held at the Rose Memorial Auditorium.

In an impromptu message of support, Dr. Seisa expressed how moved she was by the ceremony that afternoon, recounting her years at Central as a nursing student with gratitude.

“As your senior alumna, I am so grateful for all the experiences, the values, and the Christian spirit I have embraced in this great university, spending my time in high school and then College of Nursing, Class of 1977,” she said.

In her message, she fondly reflected on her experiences at CPU, recalling the lessons learned, the friendships formed, and the values instilled in her. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Centralian community for shaping her journey and supporting her growth.

“So, in addition to what I have committed to the university, I would like to pledge to take care of all your tuition (fees) for your board examination for the whole Class of 2028,” Dr. Seisa added .

Dr. Seisa’s heartfelt pledge brought smiles, cheers, and even a few tears from the BSN Class of 2028. For the students, it was a gesture of faith in their potential, a reminder that they are part of a larger Centralian family that cares deeply for their journey. Her words left an inspiring mark, encouraging the future Centralian nurses to pursue their dreams with dedication, gratitude, and the same spirit of generosity that she embodies.
