June 23, 2024 — In a remarkable display of community engagement and support, the CPU Republic and its Local Government Units, spearheaded by the Ministry of External Affairs Senator Reizia Chleo B. Anaud and College of Education Representative John Roemm G. Carreon, has achieved the first Tabang Gikan for the victims affected by the fire incident on June 17, 2024, at Brgy. Tanza Bonifacio and Brgy. Rizal Estanzuela, City Proper, Iloilo City.
The fire incident, which struck Brgy. Tanza Bonifacio and Brgy. Rizal Estanzuela, Iloilo City, left numerous families displaced and needing help. Considering this catastrophe, the CPU Republic and LGUs burned through no time in activating assets and support system to give help to the impacted residents.
