Congratulations to the 164 graduates of CPU Elementary School, who proudly marched in their caps and gowns during the 96th Graduation Ceremony held on April 12, 2025, at the Rose Memorial Auditorium.
Central Philippine University (CPU) Elementary School marked a significant milestone with a series of culminating events—the Recognition Program, Honors and Awards Program, and the 96th Graduation Ceremony—held on April 10, 11, and 12, 2025, respectively, at the Rose Memorial Auditorium (RMA).
With the theme “Excellence Rooted in Faith, Success Guided by Grace,” the celebration showed the values taught to every CPU Elementary School learner—faith, hard work, and honesty. The message of Psalm 37:5, “Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass,” reminded everyone that true success comes from trusting in God. The event was a meaningful reminder that achievements are not just personal wins, but blessings from God for those who put their faith in Him.
During the Recognition Program, the awardees from Grade 1 to Grade 6 were honored for their exceptional participation in extracurricular activities and events. These student achievers were celebrated for their outstanding contributions both inside and outside the classroom, demonstrating a well-rounded commitment to their personal and academic growth.
“Today, we celebrate YOU. Your diligence, your hard work, and your incredible academic journey through School Year 2024-2025. A really big congratulations to all of you! God has blessed you with many gifts, and you have used them wisely,” said CPU-Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Esther Rose A. Romarate during her message of inspiration.
CPUES awardees, alongside their proud parents, seized a memorable photo opportunity with Pastor Alfred ‘Palf’ Morales (6th from right), Director of Student Development and Programs; Dr. Irving Domingo Rio (center), CPU-VP for Academic Affairs; Dr. Florence Bogacia (3rd from right), CPU-VP for Finance and Enterprises; and Engr. Dany Molina (left), CPU-VP for Administration.
Meanwhile, during the Honors and Awards Program, elementary students are recognized for their academic excellence, leadership, and character. This distinguished event celebrates the achievements of those who have demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the school year, providing a platform for students to be acknowledged for their hard work and dedication. It also highlights the crucial role of teachers and parents in supporting the students’ growth. Through this celebration, the program fosters a culture of excellence, motivating students to continue striving for success in their academic and personal endeavors.
“What an exciting day it is to honor and celebrate the hard work of our bright achievers from the CPU Elementary School. To our honorees, your achievements are something to be proud of, indeed. Like the classic story you have learned from the Bible, you are like young David faced with the giant Goliath of your own. While you may not have faced off with a ferocious warrior, you have bravely faced formidable challenges of your own through your schoolwork, activities, and other obstacles along the way,” CPU-Vice President for Administration, Engr. Dany C. Molina shared during his words of welcome.
Marking a significant milestone in the lives of 164 learners—78 boys and 86 girls—the 96th Graduation Ceremony of CPU Elementary School, held on the third day of the celebration, April 12, was a joyful and meaningful occasion. Graduates proudly marched in their caps and gowns, reflecting on years of learning, growth, and shared experiences. The event honored not only their academic achievements but also the invaluable support and guidance of their teachers and parents throughout their elementary journey. Serving as the commencement speaker was Dr. Richie Gaye Limbungan, who inspired the graduates with words of encouragement as they prepared to take the next step toward a new chapter in their lives.
As the ceremonies concluded, the CPU Elementary School community celebrated a year of hard work and growth. From the Recognition Program to the Graduation Ceremony, each event highlighted the school’s commitment to excellence and faith.
Congratulations, CPUES Batch 2024-2025!
