Central Philippine University Development High School (CPUDHS) Batch 2000 marked a significant milestone as it celebrated its Silver Reunion on December 13, 2025, bringing together batchmates and former teachers in a day filled with gratitude, fellowship, and shared memories. With the theme “CPUDHS @25: Rekindling the Central Spirit,” the reunion highlighted the enduring bonds formed during their high school years and celebrated 25 years of growth and achievements since graduation.
The celebration formally opened with a Thanksgiving Service at 8:00 a.m. at the CPU University Church. Batchmates and teachers gathered for a solemn time of worship and reflection, giving thanks for God’s faithfulness and the journey they have shared over the years. The service served as a meaningful reminder of the values instilled during their formative years at CPUDHS. To ensure the presence of their mentors, transportation was provided for the teachers, underscoring the batch’s appreciation and respect for those who guided them.
Following the service, the alumni participated in a school campus tour, revisiting familiar grounds that once shaped their student life. The tour allowed batchmates to reminisce about cherished memories while also witnessing the continued development and transformation of the CPUDHS campus.

The reunion program continued with a luncheon program held at Westown Hotel at 10:00 a.m. Activities included registration, opening remarks, and messages of reflection from batch leaders. A special segment was dedicated to recognizing and honoring teachers who played a vital role in shaping the batch’s academic and personal growth. Video messages from batchmates who were unable to attend in person were also presented, adding a heartfelt touch to the celebration.
The luncheon provided ample opportunity for fellowship and interaction as batchmates reconnected, shared stories, and celebrated their collective journey. The program concluded with raffle prizes, ensuring a lighthearted and inclusive ending where everyone received a token of appreciation.
Overall, the CPUDHS Batch 2000 Silver Reunion successfully fulfilled its purpose of renewing friendships, expressing gratitude to mentors, and strengthening unity among its members—truly rekindling the Central Spirit that continues to bind them after 25 years.
