CPU President, Dr. Teodoro C. Robles, and Korea University of Media Arts (KUMA) President, Dr. Jaewon Yoo, strengthened the partnership of the two academic institutions through the signing of an academic agreement on May 3rd, 2023. The signing of the academic agreement, which took place at the KUMA campus in Sejong, South Korea, aims to further strengthen collaboration projects between CPU and KUMA, especially on the areas of faculty exchange and student internship.

For many years now, through CPU and KUMA’s partnership, CPU faculty members have been given the opportunity to become foreign exchange professors in South Korea.

Currently, Prof. Carmela Quiatchon, a faculty member from the University Senior High School, is one of KUMA’s foreign exchange professors.

Dr. Robles’ visit coincided with KUMA’s 30th founding anniversary. As part of the celebration, Dr. Robles, together with his wife, Mrs. Angeles Robles, visited historical sites near KUMA and had a guided tour of the campus.
