Badiangan Mayor Hon. Serafin S. Villa, Jr., and CPU President Dr. Teodoro Robles are holding the MOU.

Central Philippine University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the municipality of Badiangan on April 16, 2021.

In the agreement, the municipality of Badiangan aims to replicate the community programs and services of CPU especially those related to addressing COVID-19 and other health issues.

The municipality specifically aims to incorporate programs of CPU’s Community Engagement and Service Learning (CESL) Center.

The Center is the university’s development arm in implementing various programs involving students and faculty to help improve the lives of the people in their community. Through CESL, the university has been involved with various programs and services in the municipality of Badiangan for five years.

Present during the signing of the MoU are CPU President Dr. Teodoro C. Robles, Badiangan Mayor Hon. Serafin S. Villa, Jr., and CPU Community Engagement and Service Learning Center Director Dr. Levi delos Santos.
