The CPU Golden Lions’ Sepak Takraw Men’s Team during the Pagadihon Invitational Meet.

The CPU Golden Lions’ Sepak Takraw Men’s Team bagged gold and silver medals during the 1st Pagdihon Invitational Tournament on October 26-27, 2019 in Dingle, Iloilo.

The team composed of Jay-Ar Galia,Ej Pareja, Baron Cabual, Joshua Lamasan, Jaiddy Salvallon won as champion while the team composed of Hiros John Jalandoni, Steven Togle, Paul Germae Onate, Christian  Angelo Delmo and Jabe Heart Aquino won 1st runner up.

“It was not easy because we also have contenders from ISATU who are regional champions but God has been so good and we are so blessed. The players are very healthy and we also would like to thank the CPU Lifestyle Center for being helpful to us,” said Keith Dune Gallos, Coach of the Sepak Takraw team.

Their win during the said invitational meet is their second for this school year.
