Central Philippine University (CPU) proudly congratulates its new Chemical Engineers, achieving an impressive 92.31% passing rate and ranking as the 4th top-performing school in the May 2025 Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the results of the May 2025 Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination on May 23, 2025. The exams, administered by the Board of Chemical Engineering, were conducted across multiple testing centers, including NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Rosales.
CPU achieved an impressive passing rate of 92.31%, with 12 out of 13 examinees successfully passing the licensure exam. This rating secured CPU’s position as the Top 4 Best Performing School nationwide. The national passing percentage for the examination was reported at 75.34%, with 602 out of 799 examinees passing the said test.
The following Centralians are now licensed Chemical Engineers: Engr. Nikki Faye G. Cambel; Engr. Ruthelie E. Casidsid; Engr. Lynette Grace T. Desierdo; Engr. Jea Erica D. Diaz; Engr. Airon F. Eres; Engr. Mel Rose A. Figueroa; Engr. Arvi Jay H. Janolino; Engr. Elijah John D. Mainit; Engr. Aira Joy S. Moreno; Engr. Prince Kenneth E. Padrigo; Engr. Ryffan V. Sevilla; and Engr. Ferlyn L. Valguna.
