The Central Philippine University Republic’s 21st Parliament successfully launched its first Tabang Gikan sa Central outreach for 2025 on August 11, 2025, to the residents of Brgy. San Juan, Molo.

The Central Philippine University Republic (CPUR) marked a significant milestone for this 21st Parliament with the successful conclusion of its first Tabang Gikan sa Central outreach for 2025. Held on August 11, the initiative extended aid to the residents of Brgy. San Juan, Molo, who were severely affected by the continuous heavy rains brought about by the Hanging Habagat.

True to the Centralian spirit of Non Sibi Sed Aliis – “Not for oneself but for others” – this first wave of assistance showcased the unity of Centralians, partner organizations, and stakeholders. Through their generosity, CPUR was able to distribute clothes, food supplies, potable water, sanitary kits, and other essential items to meet the urgent needs of the community.

The CPUR 21st Parliament expressed deep gratitude to everyone who contributed, emphasizing that acts of compassion and solidarity are at the heart of servant leadership and bayanihan. This first Tabang Gikan of the term is more than just a relief operation, it is a living testament to CPU’s unwavering commitment to serve, inspire hope, and foster unity among communities in times of crisis.

As the term unfolds, CPUR aims to continue rolling out more Tabang Gikan missions, reaching farther and touching more lives, proving that kindness and service remain cornerstones of Centralian identity.
