Participants during the seminar-workshop on Effective Document Control and Effective Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action last June 24-25, 2024, gathered for a photo opportunity.

The Central Philippine University (CPU) Review, Continuing Education and Consultancy Center (RCECC) successfully held a seminar-workshop on “Effective Document Control and Effective Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action” last June 24-25, 2024, at the Educational Media Center (EMC) Conference Room.

The two-day event aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in managing and controlling documents in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards. Participants were also taught systematic methods for identifying and addressing the root causes of problems within their organizations.

Mrs. Cynthia R. Ramirez, a seasoned expert in the field, served as the resource speaker for the seminar-workshop. Her expertise significantly contributed to the participants’ learning experience.
The seminar was a collaborative effort between the CPU RCECC and the Office for Institutional Advancement. Both offices expressed their gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and contributions to the seminar’s success.

The CPU RCECC continues to offer various training programs and seminars to address the evolving needs of the community.
