Participants in the RCECC -HRDO Seminar on Customer Engagement.
CPU Review, Continuing Education and Consultancy Center (RCECC), in partnership with CPU Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) conducted a one-day face-to-face seminar
on Customer Engagement 2.0 . The seminar was held on April 17, 2023 from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM, at the CPU Senior High School AVR Room. It was attended by 30 secretaries and staff from CPU.
The seminar, was aimed at identifying the potential causes of customer satisfaction, assess the individual’s personal skills and professionalism; as well as to improve their professional- ethical standards. The Resource Speakers were Prof. Mary Jane P. Tabar and Prof. Antonio A. Parreño.
