The emergence of Internet technology has increased productivity in various industries, companies, and offices. Although it may cause some interference in group or personal activities, smartphones and the Internet have played a significant role in automation, systems, and workflows.

The proper use of technology can easily help businesses and productivity, making it easy to achieve organizational goals. This is why the CPU Review, Continuing Education, and Consultancy Center (RCECC) partnered with the Human Resources Development Office to conduct a seminar on “Upscaling Office Productivity through Digital Technology” aimed at improving office productivity through the use of digital tools.

The second batch of training was held on March 24, 2023, at room MTCL 5 (MT 206) and was attended by twenty secretaries from different units and departments. The seminar aimed to update skills and teach the use of new digital tools. It was held in an office setting and utilized hands-on emerging computer techniques. Digital Netiquette was also discussed to better understand office engagement.
