Attendees gathered for a photo opportunity during the seminar-workshop entitled “Communication Skills for Administrative Assistants Part II.”

On May 12, 2024, the CPU Review, Continuing Education, and Consultancy Center (CPU RCECC), in collaboration with the CPU Human Resource Development Office (HRDO), spearheaded a seminar-workshop entitled “Communication Skills for Administrative Assistants Part II” held at the Educational Media Center Conference Hall.

Building on the success of the initial seminar, this event focused on refining advanced and efficient communication techniques tailored to the dynamic role of administrative assistants from various departments and enhancing their effectiveness in the workplace. The workshop featured a comprehensive agenda designed to address the evolving demands of the administrative profession.

Dr. Eleonoro Padilla has graced the event as the esteemed speaker, sharing her invaluable contribution to the said training. She provided participants with actionable insights and advanced strategies to excel in their respective roles.

The first part, entitled “Organizational and Communication Skills for Administrative Assistants,” was held on March 22, 2024, at the Sotogrande Iloilo Hotel. In this seminar, attendees from various offices learned how to engage in dynamic simulations and hands-on activities and delved deeper into refining their communication and organizational skills.
