The non-academic heads joined the QAC for a consultation on September 7, 2021.

The newly appointed Quality Assurance Acting Director, Dr. Ana May A. Yap-Zerrudo, and QAC Acting Assistant Director, Prof. Sharlene G. Gotico, held two consultation meetings with non-academic heads and academic heads on September 7 and 8, 2021 respectively..

CPU President Dr. Teodoro C. Robles discussed the importance of ISO accreditation especially to maintaining the Autonomous status given by CHED to CPU. CPU is ISO 9001:2015 certified with Certificate No.:CIP/5365/18/06/1061 valid from July 12, 2019 to July 8, 2022.

The academic heads joined the QAC for a consultation on September 8, 2021.

The following are the rationale of the consultations” 1. Explain to the participants the revisions made to the ISO Forms. 2. Establish common understanding of forms. 3. Understand the terms used in the forms. 4. Take an active role in the determination of important issues in the university.

The Zoom meeting discussed also the following forms: Form 2 – Risks, Opportunities, Assessment of Internal and External Factors (ROA), Form 3 – University Relevant Interested Parties – (URIP), and Form 4 – Relevant Interested Parties Risks Opportunities Assessment (RIPROA).
