Congratulations to CPU President Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy on his election to the WUNI-P Board of Directors during the WURI Global Conference 2025 in Busan, South Korea. To God be the highest glory!
Central Philippine University (CPU) proudly celebrates another global milestone as its President, Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy, has been elected as one of the Board of Directors of the World University Network for Innovation – Presidents (WUNI-P).
The election took place during the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) Global Conference 2025, held at Tongmyong University in Busan, South Korea, from September 24-26, 2025.
Reflecting on his election, Rev. Dr. Dagohoy shared, “This recognition is not mine alone but belongs to the entire Centralian community. Through this global platform, we hope to strengthen our collaborations and contribute meaningfully to shaping education that transforms lives and societies.”
As a WUNI-P Board Director, he joins a distinguished circle of university presidents and leaders from around the world dedicated to driving global educational transformation and developing forward-thinking academic initiatives.
He further added, “To the highest glory of God, this honor reminds us that every achievement is a calling to serve with greater humility and dedication. May this opportunity allow CPU to be a light that continues to inspire innovation anchored in faith and compassion.”
Under Rev. Dr. Dagohoy’s leadership, CPU continues to grow as a community of faith and learning that values innovation, compassion, and service.
